Its been 10 years since Ultima Online and I am amazed the game is still running. It’s a little sad that the game turned out to be such a disappointment after only 3 years of being around. How it managed to stay up for 7 more years is beyond me but there you go. I thought about downloading the new 3d client and logging in but decided it would be pretty disappointing. If any of you however decide to give it a try and find it to be amazing, do let me know.

Somehow after all these years there havent been any games that were memorable. Ahhh the good times of gaming. Maybe SC2 will make up for it eheh. Anyways just wanted to stop by and say whats up.

   I dont know about kwari as a whole but im pretty sure itll be really unbalanced in some way. I mean even if they somehow make it cheat proof, im sure that 95 percent of the players will be crappy and only the top fps people will enjoy it. I can honestly see myself putting in the original iono 10-20 bucks and never depositing any cash it in again. Im sure no one wants to pay just to get dominated so in that sense the player base will most very limited. On top of that ping is also an issue, how are servers and where are the servers hosted at in order to make it fair for everyone. It would suck for west coasters if the server is in Maine or something and vice versa. We’ll see how the beta goes at least.

    Yeah im really curious to see how they manage to handle hacking and net lag. The idea is great though its just such a hard concept to make work in the real world. How does going linkdead effect your pay-out, and whats to stop players from pulling the plug to save a few bucks.
